It features an 8 stall center-aisle barn with living accommodations available on the property overlooking the stable.  Included are eight grass turnouts, 1 12' X 12' lay-up turnout, regulation dressage arena (with dressage mirrors), 60' round pen, two covered wash racks with hot/cold water, 3 grooming  stalls, air-conditioned tack room and a feed room.  Each of the eight stalls come equipped with rubber mats, water, fan, and overhead fly control system. Top O' Morning Farm is 10 minutes from WEF and White Fences and is available for a seasonal lease.
