A cute chocolate lab, abused by its owner, WILLIAM HAYES IN TEQUESTA, was arrested in May for abusing this gorgeous animal. It has been returned to him as of today after he, "Dex", needed vet care.

PLEASE CALL THE POLICE DEPT, I GUESS, (THE JUDGE MADE A DEAL WITH THE MAN) ACC  IS REPORTING THERE WERE NO EVIDENCE WHETHER OR NOT HE BEAT THE DOG-ALTHOUGH THE NEIGHBORS REPORTED HIM PICKING UP THE DOG AND SLAMMING HIM DOWN ON THE GROUND FROM OVER HIS HEAD-(SORRY IF THERE IS SMOKE, THERE IS USUALLY FIRE). THE DOG HAS TO COMPLETE DOG TRAINING (I'D BE MEAN TOO IF MY OWNER DID THAT TO ME).  THE MAN, HAYES, ANGER MANAGEMENT.

THIS COURT WAS IN TEQUESTA - THE MAN'S NAME:  WILLIAM HAYES.

PLS BEGING THE CALLS.....

STAY BLESSED!

Texas, here is an article.

http://www.palmbeachpost.com/news/news/tequesta-man-faces-felony-charges-for-reportedly-s/nPzdC/

Has the dog been returned to owner? That just can't happen!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know what can be done or what the ending details to the story are but here is the number for theTequesta Police (561) 768-0500 and (561) 768-0501

Another article says that nobody knows if the dog has been put up for adoption or not. How can this not be public information?

http://www.palm-beach-county-criminal-lawyer.com/2012/07/william-ramsey-hayes-arrested.html

This man is a monster. Can anyone from AC&C on this board fill us in on what happened with the dog?

I saw the Animal Control officer on TV...she said she felt comfortable returning the dog to owner. They shaved the dog to look for signs of abraision or bruises which they felt would be evident.  Poor woman who reported it was devastated. She took a risk in reporting the abuse... too bad she didn't have a cell phone or camera!

This makes me feel like throwing up. I am SICKENED to hear that the dog will go back to the owner. I can't even imagine what goes on behind closed doors. When people abuse (children, spouses, animals) in public you can believe 100% of the time that what happens in private is horrifyingly worse.
