In the back of my horsey magazines I have been seeing advertisements for the Open Horse Show Association- apparently if you join, you track your points when you show at an open show (i.e. Posse), and at the end of the year they award prizes.  I've looked at the website, and I can't decide if it is a legitimate venture or not.  It's based in Cocoa Beach, membership is only $25 for the year, but after that it seems to be somewhat complicated with points/reporting requirements/etc.

Has anyone had any experience with this organization?

Google Open Horse Show Association to get the website.
