First,  I saw a cover of the Florida Weekly stating that Cuba is desiring to drill for oil off our coast..........

Then I received this email and figured I'd toss it in too.

Cruz Construction started a division in North Dakota just 6 months ago.

They sent every Kenworth (9 trucks) they had in Alaska to North Dakota and Several drivers.

They just bought two new Kenworth's to add to that fleet; one being a Tri  Drive tractor and a  new 65 ton lowboy to go with it.

They also bought two new cranes (one crawler & one rubber tired) for that Invasion.

Dave Cruz said they have moved more rigs in the last 6 months in ND than Cruz Construction moved in Alaska in the last 6 years.

Williston is like a gold rush town; they moved one of our 40 man camps down there since there are no rooms available.

Unemployment in ND is the lowest in the nation at 3.4 percent last I Checked.

See anything in the national news about how the oil industry is fueling North Dakota's economy?

Here's an astonishing read. Important and verifiable information:

About 6 months ago, the writer was watching a news program on oil and one of The Forbes Bros. Was the guest.

The host said to Forbes, "I am going to ask you a direct question and I
Would like a direct answer; how much oil does the U.S. Have in the ground?"
Forbes did not miss a beat, he said, "More than all the Middle East put Together."
The U.S. Geological Service issued a report in April 2008 that only
Scientists and oil men knew was coming, but man was it big.

It was a revised report (hadn't been updated since 1995) on how much oil was
In this area of the western 2/3 of North Dakota, western South Dakota, and
Extreme eastern Montana

Check THIS out:

The Bakken is the largest domestic oil discovery since Alaska's Prudhoe Bay,
And has the potential to eliminate all American dependence on foreign oil. The Energy Information
Administration (EIA) estimates it at 503 billion barrels. Even if just 10% of the oil is recoverable (5
Billion barrels), at $107 a barrel,

We're looking at a resource base worth more than $5.3 trillion.

"When I first briefed legislators on this, you could practically see their Jaws hit the floor.

They had no idea.." says Terry Johnson, the Montana Legislature's financial yzer.

"This sizable find is now the highest-producing onshore oil field found in The past 56 years," reports The Pittsburgh Post Gazette.

It's a formation known as the Williston Basin, but is more commonly referred To as the 'Bakken.'

It stretches from Northern Montana, through North Dakota and into Canada .

For years, U.S. Oil exploration has been considered a dead end.

Even the 'Big Oil' companies gave up searching for major oil wells decades Ago.

However, a recent technological breakthrough has opened up the Bakken's Massive reserves,

And we now have access of up to 500 billion barrels. And because this is Light, sweet oil,

Those billions of barrels will cost Americans just $16 PER BARREL!!!!!!

That's enough crude to fully fuel the American economy for 2041 years Straight..

And if THAT didn't throw you on the floor, then this next one should - Because it's from 2006 !!!!!!

U.S. Oil Discovery - Largest Reserve in the World

Stansberry Report Online - 4/20/2006

Hidden 1,000 feet beneath the surface of the Rocky Mountains lies the
Largest untapped oil reserve in the world.

It is more than 2 TRILLION barrels. On August 8, 2005 President Bush Mandated its extraction.

In three and a half years of high oil prices none has been extracted.

With this mother lode of oil why are we still fighting over off-shore Drilling?

They reported this stunning news:

We have more oil inside our borders, than all the other proven reserves on Earth.

Here are the official estimates:

8 times as much oil as Saudi Arabia

18 times as much oil as Iraq

21 times as much oil as Kuwait

22 times as much oil as Iran

500 times as much oil as Yemen

And it's all right here in the Western United States !!!!!!

HOW can this BE? HOW can we NOT BE extracting this? Because the
Environmentalists and others have blocked all efforts to help America become
Independent of foreign oil! Again, we are letting a small group of people
Dictate our lives and our economy. WHY?

James Bartis, lead researcher with the study says we've got more oil in this
Very compact area than the entire Middle East, more than 2 TRILLION barrels
Untapped. That's more than all the proven oil reserves of crude oil in the
World today, reports The Denver Post.

Don't think 'OPEC' will drop its price even with this find? Think again!
It's all about the competitive marketplace, it has to.

Think OPEC just might be funding the environmentalists?

Got your attention yet? Now, while you're thinking about it, do this:

Pass this along. If you don't take a little time to do this, then you should
stifle yourself the next time you complain about gas prices, by doing
NOTHING, you forfeit your right to complain.

Now I just wonder what would happen in this country if every one of you sent
this to everyone in your address book.

By the way, this can be verified. Check it out at the link below !!!!!!

Yeah, I've been hearing about this for a while now.  Makes me sick to think of all the American assets and lives lost protecting Middle East oil interests.

Hay,  I'm all for protecting our environment and all but we better start protecting our country first.  All you hear about on my morning radio station is how to do chapter 7 versus 13 and yadda yadda.  For heavens sake what is going to become of the US if things keep on the way they are now?

Consider who you buy your fuel from and don't buy from Citgo,  it all matters.

If someone else takes us the US over then you'll really see environmental damage.  This budget stuff and all the rest of it is really getting to me.  Could you even imagine China holding  for the USA  20 or 30 years ago?

And this info is known and why isn't this in the headlines in the news....like why is our government selling weapons to the Middle East countries? It is all about the big bucks but more.  We are the most blessed country in this world but there is no argument that corruption is evident.  The environmentalists plus others who sabotage the USA, are so deceived or paid really well...but in the end it will all be exposed and not by man.

Hello people ...the burning of oil for fuel is depleting the ozone layer....so stop thinking cheap oil is a good thing...slow down your driving...buy electric cars...move close to town and work and ride a bike....only have a few years left before we are all cooking in a warmed up dying planet !!!!!

I would love it if we all had nice quiet electric cars,  you know originally they were electric driven.  But the thing of it is that we are in it up to our ears with debt held by foreign lands who would just love to take us over.  Check out their environmental damage due to their massive growth.  Are you really comfortable with the drilling off of our shores by someone other than the US?  I don't know how people are getting by and our people of the US matter more to me.  This stuff can be done in an environmentally sufficient way.  Name for me another country more environmentally aware than the US!!

Nothing will ever be perfect,  but I for one am tired of hearing about foreclosures and feeling like we are losing our country.  How are we going to defend our borders language and culture w/o fuel to get to work in the first place?  Move to town you say,  how about selling a house in this economy without losing your shirt.  Its easier said than done and you still have to fill your lousy tank up.  People can't all live next to where they work.

And what would become of all the vehicles that we all currently drive now?  Alot of us do NOT get new cars every 3 , 4 or 10 years for that matter.  Who can afford a new vehicle and the flippin fuel to go in them these days?  Live in the moment and s the Al Gore global warming balogna.  If you live close to town and ride your bike to Publix thats great but try pulling a horse trailer with a bike.  And just try getting hay to Fl from Washington state and Canada with a bike.  Come on.  Its time to stop being at the mercy of other countries,  for 'what' reasoning?

This whole thing is political folks. Cuba is going to put an oil rig near the US-near Key West.  Known that for a long time. Obama has stopped US pol companies from further drilling inspite of the fact that Cuba is going to do it.  This is where you must do your research before voting in November. Ouir country is slowly being taken over like Cuba was in the Batista error. Luckily I had to do a term paper in college on Batista and Cuba or I wouldn't know what I know. The other sign of communism coming is disarming all Americans with such strict regulations just like in Cuba.

Another thing is he has set-up Russia, I believe, to import steele to the USA rather than simply open our old steele mills in Pennsylvania.  He is using the guise that he is a environmental president - ha!!!  If you are a democrat, pls at least watch the GOP debates-our country depends on it-I happen to be an Independant.  Did you know that in order to vote in January in the primary - you must be a registered Dem or Repulican only. I switched until the primary is over.  Easy to do online - go to voters registration Florida and going from there. They will send your card within a week.

Good luck!

If I'm off the wall forgive me, it wouldn't be the first time.  But this is like sitting and starving to death when you can grow your own dang vegetables and survive atleast if not prosper.  We have to do for ourselves like all the other generations did too.  People don't even get breaks anymore when at work and I've heard more than once that you must go to work whether your sick or not if you want to keep your job.  I had to speak to a lady when I paid a bill over the phone and she sounded just awful and could barely talk.  What happened to people being told to stay home and not spread virus's?  I was glad that I was conversing over the phone.  My friend who works at a major (whats left of them) department store has X days a year to call off and it doesn't matter why - if you go over that number ~ your job is in jeopardy.  If your there as long as my friend you get a decent pay and they would just love to have an excuse to let you go and hire someone at minimum wage.

Unless we're going to revert to being either hippies or Amish we need some hope and change to let others earn a living too.  And I wouldn't sell one iota of our reserves to any other country either.  Keep it in the USA.  Let everyone else buy from the middle east.  Being green shouldn't have to mean an end to prosperity for working people.
