I own the site and I feel racism is immoral and before every horrible period of history there was racism.... The blacks, the Jews, the Mexicans, the Christians, etc .... I will not have it on my web site.  If you wish to be a bigot you need to do it elsewhere.
 
I am a very politically conservative person..... I feel the boarders need to be protected and I feel we need to stop the illegal immigrants from coming .... from all nations.  We have immigration guideline in place, and those laws need to be in forced.

I am boing to try this one more time. .... You are being a racist for grouping people together ... Ie the Mexicans whom work with. 

I think one of the most important lessons I have ever learned in life is ... You are only treated the way you allow yourself to be....   I feel I should write that one more time so you really read it ... People only treat you the way you allow them to.

Step up and be responsible for how you are treated ... Not by whining on a website.  This could be a very good thing for you to be experiencing right now and your entire life will be better for it ... Step up!  Do the right thing and speak up for yourself, not against others.

If you really feel that you have been discriminated against at the workplace then you need to file a claim at workplacefairness.org.  However, if you feel that you could get the illegal co-workers in trouble and you don't want to do that then you have to handle it differently.  You can discuss your feelings with your employer or just look for a different job.  Sorry you have to go through that but luckily you do have options.   I hope you read about the 3 women that won the Nobel prize this year.  If not here it is:

Are you looking for a new job or sympathy? If you don't like the way you are treated, speak to management about it or find a new job! Claiming racism seems to be a new trend among those who are here illegally in the first place!

 Playing the racist card is such a copout.  This country is known as melting pot with people and races from all around the world.  Seriously think about what is going on with you personally.  You seem to get offended quickly walking around with a chip on your shoulder.  You make yourself a target for other people to "pick" on you. You sabotage yourself with your own "victim mentality." 

I can understand how you feel and why you would get so angry.  But, you, my friend, are deceived.  The problem is within you. By ignoring your coworkers comments, you take away the fuel for their comments.  They are only doing this because they know they can get a reaction out of you.  Be the bigger person and walk away.  They will feel like the fools when you act like you don't care.

You are very argumentative and it shows by your comments.  How many potential employers are reading your comments and how many potential jobs did you just loose?  You need wisdom and lots of self control.  Calm down...get focused on doing good in your life and you will draw good things to you like a magnet.

I am a Proud American and I am tired of others calling Americans "racists"" Lazy" "selfish" Americans are the most generous,compassionate people in the world. American citizens are made up of many races,cultures ,creeds.
 Right now America is facing hard economic times AND the highest unemployment rates ever. There are going to be a lot of cut backs and unfortunately,allowing millions of immigrants to come here has to come to an end .There is going to be a lot of tensions between immigrants and Legal America citizens because of employment,education and other Social services. Hopefully Our government will get its head out of the sand and start working for "We The People" again and America can move forward and focus on making this country what our founding fathers made it.
