Zen Massage provided sports massages to several participants in the recent 5K Run.  Two clients made a special point to come back in and tell us that the massage really helped their performance!!! Yeah. That's what it's all about!!!  If you haven't tried massage therapy to enhance and improve your sports performance, you are missing out on an excellent training tool.
