STOLEN GOLF CART IN WHITE FENCES - REWARD

Posting for a friend:
On Sunday night, March 28th, a golf cart was stolen from a locked garage in a gated farm in White Fences.
Description is:
2001 Dark Blue "Lifted" (big wheels) golf cart with sun shade and front chrome grill. Wood dash board, Bose speakers and radio. White upholstery and 4 seats.
Reward, no questions asked

How did they get it out of a locked garage and through a closed gate? Not just morbid curiousity--I thought the things I have in my locked garage behind a gate were secure!
