De Pichoto farm is located in the gated equestrian community of Palm Beach Point, just a short hack away from Littlewood and WEF show grounds.  The farm
facilitates both 12 and 8 stall barns, 10 grassy irrigated paddocks, and a 250 X 300 fully irrigated riding arena with excellent footing.  The 12 stall barn features 2 furnished 1 bedroom apartments located on the second floor.  The barns are equipped with air-conditioning, tack rooms, separate feed rooms, fans in each stall and fly spray systems.  The stalls are matted and are 12 X 12 in size.  Each barn facilitates wash racks that have both hot and cold water settings.
